Heating Instructions:
Keep frozen. Designed for pull-apart layers!
Stovetop (Best Texture – Recommended):
Heat 1 tsp oil in pan over medium.
Cook frozen pancake 2 min until bottom separates into layers.
Flip, cook 1-2 min while gently pulling edges apart.
Air Fryer (Crisp & Convenient):
Preheat to 370°F (185°C).
Lightly oil both sides. Cook 3-4 min, shake once.
Oven (Best for Batches):
Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
Brush with oil. Bake 7-9 min, flip at 4 min.
Microwave (Not Recommended):
Layers will glue together – use stovetop only.

- Layers not separating?
- Tug outer edges gently with chopsticks while cooking.
- Bottoms burning too quickly?
- Lower the heat slightly and extend the cooking time by 1–2 minutes.
- Too dry or lacking aroma?
- Add ½ tsp oil when flipping (Scallion) or brush lightly with melted butter after cooking (Hand Grasp).
- Storage Reminder:
- Keep bag sealed tight to avoid freezer burn. Use within 3 months for best results.
