Product Description:
Crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, these pan-fried savory pies are filled with fresh baby bok choy, tofu, and garlic, lightly seasoned with soy sauce, white pepper, and ginger. A light yet flavorful option for plant-based eaters.

Heating Instructions:​
Keep frozen until ready to cook. For best results, use one of the methods below:

Stovetop (Recommended for Crispiness)
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in non-stick pan over medium-low heat (325°F/160°C).
  2. Add frozen pies (don’t overcrowd).
  3. Cover and cook 4-5 min until bottom is golden.
  4. Flip, cover, cook 3-4 min until both sides are crispy.
  5. Uncover, cook 1 min per side to crisp further.

Air Fryer (Fast Alternative)
  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly brush pies with oil.
  3. Air fry 6-8 min, flipping halfway.

Oven (For Batch Cooking)
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place pies on parchment-lined tray. Brush with oil.
  3. Bake 12-15 min, flipping at 8 min.

Microwave (Soft Texture Only)
  1. Place frozen pie on microwave-safe plate.
  2. Cover with damp paper towel.
  3. Microwave at 1000W:
    1. 1 pie: 1 min 30 sec
    2. 2+ pies: Add 30 sec per pie
  4. Optional Crisping: Finish in dry pan 1 min per side.

Key Notes & Troubleshooting
► Never thaw – Leads to soggy skins
► Filling caution: Scalding-hot (test with toothpick before biting)
► Storage: Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C). Do not refreeze.
► Skins sticking?
  • Ensure pan is fully heated before adding pies
  • Use more oil (1.5 tbsp) for non-non-stick pans
► Pale or soggy skins?
  • Stovetop: Increase heat to medium after flipping
  • Oven/Air Fryer: Extend cook time by 2-3 min
► Filling not hot enough?
  • Microwave: Add 15-sec increments
  • Others: Reduce heat slightly, cook longer covered
► Too dry?
  • Brush pies with water/oil mix (1:1) before air frying/oven
► Emergency thaw?
  • If accidentally thawed, pat dry and use extra oil when cooking
► Never refreeze – Cooked pies keep 2 days in fridge (reheat in pan).
► Caution: Fillings retain heat – pierce with toothpick before biting!
