Product Description:
A beloved Chinese street snack, these flaky, crispy pancakes are made from layers of dough rolled with fresh scallions and lightly pan-fried. With their savory aroma and satisfying crunch, they’re perfect as a snack or side dish.

Heating Instructions:​
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Designed for flaky, crisp layers — no defrosting needed.

Stovetop (Best Texture – Recommended):
  1. Preheat a dry nonstick pan over medium heat (no oil needed — pancakes contain oil).
  2. Place 1 frozen pancake directly in the pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
  3. Flip and gently press with a spatula. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Optional Crisp Boost: Add ½–1 tsp oil and flip repeatedly for blistered layers and extra crispiness.

Air Fryer (Crisp & Convenient):
  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pancake in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 4–5 minutes, flipping at the 2-minute mark.

Oven (Best for Batches):
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place pancakes on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Microwave (Not Recommended):
  • Results in soggy texture and flattened layers.
  • If used, finish in a pan for crisping — otherwise not worth the shortcut.


Troubleshooting & Tips
  • Layers not separating?
    • Make sure the pan is fully preheated before cooking.
  • Bottoms burning too quickly?
    • Lower the heat slightly and extend the cooking time by 1–2 minutes.
  • Too dry or lacking aroma?
    • Add ½ tsp oil when flipping (Scallion) or brush lightly with melted butter after cooking (Hand Grasp).
  • Storage Reminder:
    • Keep bag sealed tight to avoid freezer burn. Use within 3 months for best results.
