Pan-Fry (Recommended)
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in non-stick pan over medium heat (350°F/175°C).
- Add frozen pancakes (don’t overcrowd).
- Fry 3-4 min per side until golden and sesame seeds are fragrant.
- Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Air Fryer
- Preheat to 370°F (185°C).
- Lightly spray pancakes with oil.
- Cook 5-6 min, flip halfway.
Oven
- Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Place on parchment- or foil-lined baking tray.
- Bake 10-12 min, flip at 6 min.
Microwave
- Place on microwave-safe plate.
- Optional: Cover loosely with damp paper towel (reduces hardening).
- Microwave at 1000W:

- Each additional: +40 sec
