Product Description:
These soft, round flatbreads are traditionally served alongside Chinese street-style barbecue, used to slide grilled meat off the skewers or to soak up savory juices. With a chewy texture and neutral taste, they are perfect for pairing with bold-flavored dishes or stuffing like a sandwich.

Heating Instructions:​
Keep frozen until ready to use. Best when lightly charred and soft enough to fold.

Grill or Stovetop (Authentic Method – Recommended):
  1. No oil needed. Preheat a dry pan or grill to medium-high (~400°F / 200°C).
  2. Place frozen flatbreads directly on the surface.
  3. Cook for 30–45 seconds per side, pressing gently with a spatula to ensure even browning.
  4. Optional: Brush with a touch of oil during the final 10 seconds for a glossy finish.

Air Fryer (Quick & Crispy):
  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (195°C).
  2. Arrange frozen flatbreads in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 2–3 minutes, shaking once halfway through.

Oven (For Batches):
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  3. Bake for 3–4 minutes, flipping once halfway.

Microwave (Not Recommended):
  • Texture becomes leathery, not crispy or pliable.
  • Small size causes uneven heating — prone to drying out.
  • Not suitable without pan-finishing.

  • Reheating Later? Spritz lightly with water post-cooking and reheat in a pan to restore flexibility.
